6yThank you for your feedback. You're right in saying we don't give annual performance reviews. We have a monthly 'Check-In' process where employees are able to list all of their accomplishments for the month. We find that about 20% of our employees do not fill in their Check In, even after 5 reminders per month to do so. Also, we have monthly bonus incentives that go out to our top performers. The pins that we give are there to reinforce the behaviors that we know will get you to the bonuses - however, only the top performers receive them. It sounds like our environment was not a good fit for you, and I hope you were able to find what you were looking for in your next role!
