      Job Title. Hiring with no technical experience.

      Cons

      Non negotiable KFC like monthly salary despite of competitive qualifications. Call center like values. Poor facilities and infrastructure. Poor operations management. Poor employee retention. Poor benefits. Unqualified upper management.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
