Pros
-Friendly people -SOME good managers (some are just awful though, so depending on which one you get you could be screwed) -Easy to get promoted -Very Easy job -Lots of free time -Flexible with scheduling -Insurance is good -Fun things once in a while like food
Cons
-As mentioned in the pros, some of the management is terrible. -Pay is garbage, even for engineers -They will pay new hires more then employees that have been with them for years -Some of the managers play favorites, I had missed the same amount of days as another co worker, I was allowed to apply for a promotion, and my co worker was not due to attendance, seemingly for no reason other than my manager liked me, this is not fair. -Nobody seems to know anything about IT, though this is an "IT" company, somehow management does not know what Comptia certs are.
