Thank you for your feedback on your experience with our company – though it seems like our business model was not a fit for you. We spend 3 full days with our new hires walking through our model and what we believe in – and we know that it certainly is not for everyone! We believe that our employees work best in a collaborative environment, and therefore do not currently offer a remote working option (our current Covid situation excluded, of course). As this is a work from office environment, there are occasions where people need to travel to the office in adverse weather (we operate in Colorado Springs). Since we do not have a traditional attendance policy and ask employees to simply ‘Live our Values’, we expect all employees to consider their safety and make appropriate decisions according to their situation.
