Regarding your comments about the payroll process, it tends to be a bit more complicated than what you have described in your comments to process payroll for over 600 people. Our payroll policy is that we guarantee that you will be paid by the 10th of every month. Knowing that employees appreciate getting their pay as early as possible, we strive to pay everyone earlier than that whenever possible (which is largely determined by the days of the week based on that month). In the past 12 months we have been able to pay our employees earlier than the deadline 10 times! We have had lots of feedback about moving to paying more often then 1 time per month, and we are in the process of reviewing that possibility.
