      Pros

      Good learning place but solely depends on you as the company doesn't pay attention to staff training.

      Cons

      Terrible salary and no remuneration. Poor welfare of staffs No work life balance Unrealistic deadlines Poor management structure. None technical team lead who thinks software development is pressing of laptop.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
