      Pros

      Tek Experts is one of the only companies doing support for Microsoft in Colorado. It is a great place to get trained and learn about various verticals within Microsoft support. Even if you don't plan on staying here for years and years, the amount of information you gain about Azure, Exchange or Outlook is invaluable for your future endeavors.

      Cons

      As a BPO, Leadership tries to manage as they know how, but Microsoft can tend to have too much control over operations and this has caused employee discontent.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
