4yThank you for taking the time to leave your feedback – however, as a current employee I’m disappointed that you would go to Glassdoor with your complaint instead of bringing your feedback directly to your leadership team. For our 2021 merit review we are changing our view to a ‘Total Rewards’ philosophy. Rolling out in the next few weeks is our new incentive plan, giving our employees the ability to receive quarterly bonuses that will give you the ability to significantly increase your earning potential. The merit increases that were given out are in addition to this new incentive plan. If you’re just hearing the increase to base rate then you’re not hearing the full message – and I would invite you to come and talk to me about and I will review the new program with you.
