      Great people and team managers are the best Laid back environment

      Cons

      Do not give annual pay raises to employees Tenured employees that have been there for years are always passed over for promotions so the concept of promoting from within is a complete lie

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
