      Very Poor Incentives Very Poor management Very Poor work-life balance and unnecessary pressure. Very poor opportunity for growth, no promotion, any growth is only by applying to internal jobs which are already competitive. Very Poor everything

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
