Only Pro is that you have an income. You are living off scraps however

Cons

Poor Management, Extremely low pay, never expect growth, they expect the revolving door mentality, they set you up for failure

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
