1. Inexperienced Leadership The company is managed by individuals who lack the expertise and vision required to effectively run a BPO. The CEO creates an illusion of competence by memorizing KPIs but is detached from the company’s operational realities. This disconnect prevents the CEO from recognizing the inefficiencies of their direct reports, who hinder the company’s growth and performance. 2. Authoritarian Leadership Style Leadership relies on intimidation and coercion to compensate for a lack of business acumen. Decision-making is characterized by a binary mindset, leaving no room for collaboration or diverse perspectives. The culture encourages fear and compliance, where leadership surrounds itself with individuals who either acquiesce to intimidation or provide empty agreement without accountability. 3. Toxic Workplace Culture Threats, public confrontations, and humiliation have become routine, eroding morale and trust. Constructive operational discussions are stifled, as decisions are often driven by personal biases and emotionally skewed perceptions rather than data or strategic insight. 4. Lack of Accountability and Self-Awareness Leadership demonstrates a troubling level of cognitive dissonance, failing to address or even recognize their own shortcomings. Aggression and controlling behaviors are used as a means to mask this inadequacy, creating a hostile and unsustainable work environment.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
