No flexibility
Full time in office for a role that doesn't require it.
Unsure of what's going to happen from day to day.
Upper management makes knee jerk reactions to any issue that's big enough for them to notice.
Company is trying to expand into other areas without perfecting the one they are currently in.
Clear and concise communication does not exist unless you have a decent manager.
Every time a decision is made, be ready for them to go back on it completely or make it unbearable for a normal human (ie not being able to use your backpack that's issued to you to carry your company supplied equipment to your desk from the "locker room")
Zero room for advancement. You get to wait for your superiors to die or get fired before a position MIGHT open.
