      Pros

      You learn soft skills and troubleshooting. You also learn a lot of ins and outs of the IT field.

      Cons

      Very poor management. No upward mobility. Kpi or whatever they measure is unrealistic at the best of times. Did I mention the management is bad?

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
