      The team of people you work with are usually nice

      Cons

      Basically everything else related to the company. Low pay, no career advancement, preferential treatment (they will promote their friends or favorites) , no adequate training, management is terrible, bonus scheme is terrible

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
