      Pros

      Teknowledge is a company that actually cares about its employees to several extents. The company has very good growth opportunities within. Whether vertical or horizontal. Employees have a safe place to be as it is a place of many opportunities and chances to grow within the same team. Any minor problems are always resolved and employees are never affected by such.

      Cons

      Whole their is growth, many employees are always looking to grow. So raising in position requires your upmost effort and learning to outstand and win those positions.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
