      Private Health insurance Good entry salary for persons that are non tech-savy. Not recommended for experienced persons in the field

      Cons

      Salary not competitive with other positions that have less responsibility or compared to other companies on the same field They do not provide languages courses or a very dedicated technical training, you will have to lean by yourself during time. No support about daily transportation or food.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
