Pros
The company is based in Sanpada railway station which was great for me as I commute by train. So even if it takes time to travel, you do not have to switch to any other mode of commute to reach office.
Cons
The company is run by a moron! An abusive terrible person and a low human being. I have seen him abuse his staff in the most disgusting manner. The employees are working like slaves and he behaves like their master, abusing, slapping and making them work late nights. No consideration for employees welfare of family. If you have a family you may need to get a divorce before joining of send your kids to an orphanage as you will hardly get time to spend with them. That was the reason I decided to quit as my marriage was on the brink of separation.The wife is a little better but very stingy. We would have to share room with five people when we went for outdoor events and food would be some cheap street food! Both are extremely money minded. Hopefully they can take all of it with them in their grave
