Pros

Can be fun environment depending on who you work with

Cons

Leadership is shady, cold and disloyal. They put on a great show I have to say. And you'll fall for it, and then when you start to see the shadiness, and/or you request to be treated fairly, have better work/life balance or just ask to be treated like a human being and not a robot, they are quick to replace you.

Hello, thanks for your message and compliment on the website. Our hosts have competitive pay and perks, and flexible part-time schedules. When we let hosts go it is typically because of consistently poor ratings from clients and their participants, or that you no-showed multiple events (not showing up for a shift is very disruptive). Obviously we have different perspectives on what is fair and what work/life balance looks like. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us, and wish you the best for whatever you take on next. I'd also appreciate if you send me a quick email at michael@teambuilding.com -- I want to understand why you see us as shady, cold and disloyal.

Pros

This is an enjoyable and rewarding job with a fantastic team of coworkers. The work environment is positive and collaborative, making each day both engaging and fulfilling. Management is highly transparent about company developments, ensuring that employees are well-informed and included in the organization's direction. Additionally, my immediate manager is supportive and approachable, consistently making me feel valued and heard.

Cons

The only con is that it's part time work and not full time.

Pros

My coworkers have been great to work with. A lot of them are incredibly talented and hardworking, and I was able to learn a lot from them. It is just a shame that their skills are being wasted on a company that shows almost no regard for them.

Cons

- The biggest problem with this company is the managers. - Leadership is extremely poor and completely self focused. - Constant unreasonable demands with no regard for employees. - Absolutely zero respect shown to the people doing the work.

Hello, I read every Glassdoor review to see if there’s something we can learn from it. In this case, the feedback is so generic that it’s difficult to understand what specific experiences you’re referring to. We’re a relatively small company, and the culture described here is not one I recognize. Our managers are kind, empathetic, thoughtful people who treat everyone with respect. We of course have job requirements, but we don’t make demands, unreasonable or otherwise. No company is perfect, and we’re always looking for ways to improve, but I don’t believe this review gives prospective employees an accurate picture of what it’s like to work here. — Michael
