      Pros

      Varies based on location. Pay is decent, but your subject to the franchise owner, so that is really the deciding factor if this place is worth considering. They allow anyone to open a franchise without any preparation except a short two-week program.

      Cons

      Pretty much the same as above. Don't bother going to any location that is new, because a huge number of their branches fail in the first 6 months. Don't put yourself in that position.

      Pros

      Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

      Cons

      There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

      The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

      Cons

      The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
