      Pros

      Great people. Incredibly supportive environment. The management and leaders are human and the door is open. 100% remote work. Amazing opportunity for growth. Challenging in a good way.

      Pros

      Remote. Simple product with large potential impact for customers. Most peers are genuinely kind people.

      Cons

      Disfunctional leadership team. CEO leads based on fear and belittlement. Most reps were very capable yet not a single sales rep hit 100% quota attainment. A lot of things that were said during the interview process were complete fabrications. The entire executive team either left or were let go within a 30 day span. Besides the CEO/Founder of course.
