Pros
TeamViewer is an incredibly great employer. I find the collegiality and the working culture really outstanding and I am very impressed by how friendly and respectful people are in dealing with each other. I also appreciate the internationality and the speed that is driven here. If you don't want to stagnate and want to advance quickly, you've definitely come to the right place. Flat hierarchies ensure fast decisions. I feel heard and have direct influence to change and improve things and feel happy about the fact that we deliver a great product worldwide!
Cons
Since TeamViewer is a fast-growing company and we still somehow preserve that startup spirit, I think it's important that everyone , who starts working here, knows that expectations are high and that we're always striving to improve. But improvement also means change, and it is super important to be able to deal with that and ideally see change as something positive.
