      Pros

      Great people. Good insurance and decent PTO.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Recently got rid of an SMB team and turned it into inside sales. Nice to know I got demoted. The pay is terrible, and commission targets are awfully unrealistic. There’s one maybe two people that are succeeding right now, everyone else is struggling to make stuff happen. Far too much micromanagement. Zero hope in vertical growth.

      Good team Great communication Access to snacks and drinks Benefits and access to tools like LinkedIn learning Tuition reimbursement 401k match after some time

      Cons

      Company pushing to resolve faster Bonuses tied not to how well you do your job, but how well you make other teams to do their jobs. Managers will make you take the blame for their mistakes.
