Pros
After almost one year at TeamViewer, I can confidentially say it's one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Of course, not all departments are the same and not everyone has the same experience, but if you find yourself in the right position surrounded by the right people, it's really easy to be happy here. I work on a global team and even though my coworkers live an ocean away, I've felt welcomed and supported by them since day 1. I have a boss who doesn't micromanage and trusts her team to be the experts they are. The Clearwater office is full life, diversity and - importantly - good snacks and coffee. Something that has been really encouraging to see since I've been here is that leadership actually listens employee feedback and strives to make the changes necessary to keep people happy and successful. Sure, not every problem can be fixed overnight, and some of the more complex changes have taken longer than desired, but there are plenty of other companies that would simply ignore the complaints and tell people to suck it up or leave. So, if you're deterred by some of the older negative reviews, know that most of those issues have since been addressed and remedied. If you're self-motivated, work well with others and know how to intelligently and maturely speak your mind, you will not only do well here, but you could be an important part of this company's continued growth and improvement. I also appreciate that there are no closed doors. Our President in the Americas is extremely approachable and accessible, despite how busy he it. No uptight assistant to go through to get to him. I've lost sleep to many pervious jobs, but so far not to TeamViewer. The benefits are also the best I have ever seen.
Cons
I think the only potential con to keep in mind is that we're a mid-size global tech company and things move fast. The company is doing well, but we all know the tech industry is volatile, so it's important to be prepared for change.
