May God help you when you try to leave this company, even on good terms. CEO lies when she says she will help place you with a professional sports team/league should you want to move on. Lack of respect from CEO and constantly talked to like I was 10 years old. Lack of trust from CEO therefore constant micro-management, sitting over your shoulder while you do your work. No organizational structure to company whatsoever. Zero possibility for vertical growth.
