      Remote and paid on time (we will see about that when they have to pay the last month)

      Cons

      Laid off after just one month with no warning, despite no performance issues. Management is poor, and HR lacks transparency. Training is disorganized and mostly self-directed, with minimal guidance. Meetings were unprofessional, sometimes involving yelling and swearing. Overall, a chaotic and disappointing experience.

      They company paid on time as promised.

      Cons

      The management and HR staff are not well organized. They make you read modules that are irelevant to the position they hired you for. When it comes to the training part of it, they make you read the material and self learn for yourself. They are not too open on answering questions which is negative approach for a company.
