Pros
Relatively decent medical benefits are offered.
Cons
1. Empty suits - most of the "management" lackeys are missing a real education, let alone simple manners. 2. Sean O'Brien and his group of bootlickers are corrupt to the core. If you try to speak up about wrongdoing you will be iced out and let go quietly. 3. HR does not lift a finger to help employees (unless of course you are part of Local 2 which means you have a job for life, no matter how useless you are). HR director is simply their hatchet man, doing their dirty work - spineless and a disgrace to HR. 4. No 401k match. Good luck staying long enough to vest into the pension - 5 years. 5. This is not a meritocracy but rather the cradle of nepotism. It's not what you know, it is who you know, and how much you show your loyalty to the masters that be. 6. Open discrimination - minority employees are an afterthought and management is a homogenous group of old (ignorant) white men. 7. Most of the decision making process is cloak and dagger style behind closed doors - no transparency and general lack of communication or specific goal-setting. 8. Pitiful pay increases.
