      Great working team and environment. Best place I ever worked. Was like 1 team in the office and they took good care of us with benefits and pay and lot of extras in the office too

      Game changing technology for the diagnosis and treatment of evaporative dry eye with a passionate team of people dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

      Cons

      Leadership failed to listen to market feedback regarding the business model. This resulted in a slow down of market adoption during the first few years following commercial launch.
