      -Good leadership -Realistic quotas and KPI's -Great environment to pick up some top level sales skills -Cares about employees

      Cons

      -The few times I took time off I was on the hook for some work related things and never got to fully shut off but so it goes as an SDR

      - Direct management and co workers are great

      Cons

      - Upper leadership now is in over their heads - No clear direction, changing priorities, layoffs often since the merge - Low base (~55k as a Senior AE) - Inbound is virtually gone, heavy focus on retention and expansion of accounts
