Pros
What stood out to me was the level of trust give to us. There was a healthy balance between autonomy and support, and i never felt like i has to fight to get ideas considered. The team was approachable, collaboration felt natural, and there were plenty of opportunities to learn from.
Cons
Like many growing companies, there were periods when priorities changed quickly, which could make planning difficult. Some internal processes could be more streamlined, and communication between teams occasionally left room for improvement, especially during the busy delivery periods.
