Pros
The youthful and flexible atmosphere was very good, as well as the personal meetings and team-building activities with the colleagues.
Cons
The company is very hierarchical. Directors and managers sometimes try to get overly involved in processesand impose their own ideas on areas that are not within their expertise. Other ideas are not discussed orheard, which makes certain processes much slower in these short deadlines, as new questions have to bedirected to them. Responses are either unclear or never arrive at all. If a project goes wrong, those at thebottom of the hierarchy are the ones who face the consequences.
