1. The salary is extremely low and far below acceptable standards for the work expected. 2. Salary delays are the norm, often arriving between the 10th and 15th of every month, creating unnecessary financial stress. 3. Leadership behaves in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Communication is poor, and employees are often treated without basic courtesy or consideration. 4. Working hours are excessive and unreasonable. Late-night work was expected regularly, and overnight work was not unusual. I rarely left before 10:30 PM. 5. The company does not provide essential employment documents such as PF or Form 16, which severely affects future job opportunities. Most reputable companies require these documents, and their absence creates major career setbacks. 6. Work culture is extremely weak, with little structure, support, or focus on employee well-being. 7. HR is unresponsive, making it difficult to resolve even basic issues. 8. The company is very small, with around 20 employees, which further limits growth, stability, and proper organizational processes. Overall: Based on my experience, this is one of the most poorly managed and least employee-friendly companies I have encountered. I strongly advise prospective applicants to consider other opportunities that offer better professionalism, stability, and respect for employees.
