Pros

Leadership highly supports modernizing the Android stack (Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, MVVM, MVI). Talented, collaborative engineering team with a strong culture of code quality. Management actively listens to technical input for product roadmaps. Great cross-functional collaboration with design and backend teams.

Cons

Nothing major. Just standard engineering challenges, but no cultural or organizational downsides.

Pros

I have been working at TechExactly for some time now, and my overall experience has been genuinely positive. One of the most important aspects for any employee is reliability, and here, salaries are always credited on time without any delays, which builds a strong sense of trust and security. The leadership team, especially our director, is extremely supportive, approachable, and kind. It truly makes a difference when management listens and values employees, and that culture is clearly reflected here. The work environment is another major highlight. It is professional yet comfortable, encouraging collaboration, learning, and growth. The team members are cooperative, and the overall atmosphere helps maintain a good work-life balance. I would also like to especially appreciate our HR manager, Mohuya. She is undoubtedly one of the best HR professionals I have come across. She is always approachable, understanding, and goes out of her way to support employees. Her kind and generous nature creates a very positive and safe space for everyone in the organization. Overall, TechExactly is a great place to work, especially for those who value a healthy work culture, supportive leadership, and a people-first approach.

Cons

There are no major concerns as such; however, there is always scope for improvement in structured processes and clearer growth opportunities as the company continues to grow.
