Pros
Only pro is the salary on time and uneducated SMEs and TL who cant speak in English ...thats the pros you say whatever you want to say and they will never understand ...the level of English is just scripted ....SOME AM are though educated...but 99% of TL and SME are just so dump ...if they change the job no one will hire them as a peon also......
Cons
I have lost 4 kg in 2 months after joining this organization...reason - no meal.breaks , over time -unpaid . And the HRs - i wonder why they are here , all time eating in the cafeteria..... HR are just useless but one or two are really good they need to be in a better place
