Pros
The company is a extremely fast pace company. While no one is expecting you to get 3 days of work done in a day, it appears most of the time about 2 weeks of work gets done in a day at times. The management loves new ideas, and it's been said "new ideas is what is going to make us grow." The company is extremely new so there is plenty of space for personal growth. One of the best parts with this company is all the jobs are virtual. And, the management doesn't care when you get things done, as long as it's done right the first time and by the end of the day. There has been talk of making a physical location jobs when the company gets enough money to hire a few people to take a physical location jobs.
