The Job was at the height of the wars and employer was hiring rapidly but did full background and safety reports on everyone. The company gives full benefits that are required by a union agreement

not very understanding when employee ask for help in certain situations and will tend to automatically take a managers side and dismisses employees complaints without understanding that the employee is the one fulfilling the contract for them and works hand in hand with the military
