As a company it's good to learn many things. This company has a very good reports in the market and TVNL is treat as a brand company in this IT field in Bangladesh market

Internal process is not good, policy is not in favor of employee. Appraisal does not happen in due time and no sales incentive as promised. Salary is not on due time.
