No Job Security, Toxic Lies, and Gossip - Project Manager TechArk Solutions Employee Review

No job security! Toxic gossip originating from the higher up management team. I have watched awesome professionals receive company-wide praise one month, then get fired the next over lies and gossip. I watched several good professional get fired over lies and gossip. Between unhappy staff quitting or good people getting fired, the turn around was bad. Also their are managers that will steal process improvement plans from others, lie to get that person fired, just so they can claim those stolen plans as their own. Toxic teamwork environment.
