Recruitment is an incredibly competitive landscape globally and TechBridge have created a completely unique model that contractually guarantees hires and at a price point that is equivalent or lower than internal TA. Price isn't even comparable to an agency recruiter.... So the company is in constant development which things change and improve regularly. The clients are FIRST CLASS. A mix of the biggest enterprise companies in the world and recently funded, high growth start ups. People get new opportunities and take on new responsibilities regularly. It's a start up so lots of formalities are not necessary - entirely WFH for most. New ideas welcome and actively encouraged. Essentially just super refreshing compared to most recruitment companies.
Cons
Still in development, processes are being developed to suit a unique product offering ... which takes time and lots of iterations. Takes a certain mindset to keep going.
