Pros
HRs were, in general, good people for the time that i worked there. Weekly gathering but those were not happening every week as per their promise. Monthly dinner but it did not happen every month. Bi annual increments which used to be good but started to look really bad even for the fresh grad hires who were already working for very low pay. Annual, trip.
Cons
- Peak Micromanagement. Everything is timed. - In rare cases, you are politely asked to give some time of your holiday to work in the name of "partial availability" if needed. - deduction of 4 hours from your dedicated and hard worked time in case you arrive office after 12 pm. In short, your salary for the day is cut to half. - If office provided equipment is damaged then as per their policies its replacement/repair cost is deducted from employees salary without providing any receipt for the cost of replacement/repair which means they can deduct as much of your salary as they want. - They don't hesitate to get you to work for unpaid overtime unless you decide to speak up for yourself. - 1.5 years contract with harsh terms. - un-registered company. Their experience letter is not worth at some places - Flat organization structure. No growth opportunity. - no performance evaluations.
