      You may get a job, but you risk being fired once the hiring company realizes you lack the necessary experience.

      Cons

      - Tells immigrants to lie about their citizenship status to obtain a job. - Train you how to lie about work experience to obtain a job. - places you in housing that lacks proper cleanliness. - May end up never getting placed with a client

      Pros

      - Best thing was the amount of support to learn and grow in my career. - This is different based on tech, but the Android trainers are top notch. - I always compare based on the alternative, I paid for schooling, I'm getting paid to train here. - Networking with tons of other engineers

      Cons

      - Obviously there is a catch to paid training. Contracts, others here are unhappy with it, but honestly it seems like a fair trade considering the job market (end of 2025) - I was in a house that took a bit for them to fix the plumbing, but it did eventually get taken care of.
