Pros
This could launch your professional career, a gold opportunity in deed but you have to be smart and play well your cards. The firm knows their business so people involved makes a lot of effort and will do anything to put consultants on project... no matter how. They have a good tech team.
Cons
You have to have experience and skills so you can make it by your own once on project. They 'pimp' resumes with fake experience. Phone interviews are a fraud, the clients talks with someone of the tech staff on "your behalf" some time after, they mock you with the same questions and made you believe that you and the client had the interview.
