Technically interesting projects and capable teammates with solid professional backgrounds

Payments arrive late on a recurring basis and inquiries to finance or administration rarely get a timely response. The problem is more pronounced for staff working from Latin America, where there is no clear escalation path and communication tends to be one-sided. This inconsistency creates real financial stress and slowly erodes trust, particularly when you have delivered on your commitments and met every deadline.
