1. They will hold your salary if you put resignation. They hardly want any employee to leave them. 2. If you have submitted your original degree or certificates, then forget about recollecting them. They keep it with themselves and they ask you to sign a bond forcefully by whispering their sweet words like they will release you if you get any better opportunity, etc etc. 3. The management system is extremely poor. there's a lot of communication gap between managers and their respective developers. 4. They are hungry for money. I have seen managers scolding a former employee about his task even after the latter's dad passed away. Rather than appreciating the courtesy of working even after such a huge tragedy, they were scolding him for not finishing his work. 5. They don't have a single game development project and many other projects but still, they enlist these services proudly on their main website. This is a subjective fraud. 6. Late salary. You will be promised that your salary will get credited by 7th of every month but they can halt this process even till 18th of every month. When you go the management team and ask for the reason then they simply point out pandemic as the main cause. But when they take decisions like removing WFH for their employees then the pandemic suddenly gets over. I have seen people waiting for their promised appraisals but they are not provided with these appraisals by the excuse of pandemic. In short, when it comes to crediting the salary then pandemic situation starts for them but when it comes to giving their employees WFH then covid situation suddenly gets over. **LAST** They have deduced 30% of salary from the people who opted for WFH till March 2021. 30% is a big amount of money. They used this 30% to double their staff members by hiring new interns/full-time employees.
