Pros

We can poll every Thursday for food that they buy us.

Cons

***BEWARE*** This place has a super micromanagement culture they stalk you when you use the restroom, also listen to every phone call and monitor your computer. They also scold you when your on the phone and they do not like what you are saying to the clients. They do not respect the technicians time and work and value that they bring. Benefits only kick in after 1 year of being there their pto policy is only 1 week. The health insurance is also not good. They do not have good documentation on their clients so it is frustrating when you are new. They have horrible clients that also scold you because they can't talk with an older tech. Minimal training on how to use rmm and other tools and getting use to client infrastructure. Older employees will not help you. No employee retention this path month over 7 people has either left or has been let go. Super high turnover rate.

Pros

I've learned a lot working here. Projects are managed professionally with clear expectations and support from senior team members, and the atmosphere feels structured.

Cons

When several client issues arise, the workload may occasionally increase abruptly. It's crucial to prioritize tasks quickly, which can be difficult during busy times.

Pros

I’ve been working at TechHeights for a few years now, and overall it’s been a solid experience. You learn a lot, especially early on, and get exposure to real-world environments pretty quickly. Management sets clear expectations, which helps you stay focused, and over time you’re trusted more with responsibilities. The team is supportive, and if you’re willing to put in the effort, there’s definitely room to grow.

Cons

At times, managing client expectations and ensuring every detail is flawless can be challenging, but it hones our ability to excel under pressure.
