      Pros

      Everyone I spoke with was always very nice and helpful. They gave me a ten percent raise after a few years as a contractor and a little holiday gift every year.

      Cons

      Their benefits are not that great; they don't provide any vacation or holiday pay, their health plan was nothing to write home about, and their 401k doesn't offer matching.

      You need to be fast paced in order to be successful. Each recruiter will prioritize themselves. Challenging Account Managers. Real time tracking of activities in System(Boolean, call screening, SMS, email, # of dials, and submits)
