Employees are encouraged to be multi skilled and are directed towards learning. Almost all employees(Software developers and QA) are involved in all the projects periodically(Intention is that, everybody would get a chance to explore and experience different projects). JACK OF ALL MASTER OF ONE(I am very impressed at this). Freshers are well encouraged. Team leaders and senior guys are very amicable. Very good environment to work. CEO maintains good touch base with all level of employees. Always encourages and guides to learn new technologies. Director always invites everybody with a smile on face and resolves the issues.
