      I love this industry we work in. And we have brand recognition making conversations easy and impactful. Excellent work culture, everyone supports each other. Management listens and cares about you and your career growth. Management team has brilliant ideas that really allow us to curve the industry. Very well paying job! Flexibility to work and harness my own ideas to grow the business.

      there is literally not a single pro...

      Cons

      Everything from the way they pay you, when they pay you, the micromanaging, I could go on and on. I know for a fact that the Amir guy has been known to create a fake account and name and leave reviews for the company and or interact with employees without them knowing they are talking to their higher ups - which is HIGHLY UNETHICAL.
