Intersting - Sales TechSee Employee Review

I have worked at TechSee for over a year now and I can honestly say this is one of the better places to work. It is not perfect, every company has its small issues, but the pros far outweigh the cons. I would recommend our leadership to everyone as they encourage us to work as one team instead of working in silos like other companies. Everyone is accountable for each other and it really feels like a family.

The only downside is that we have a fair amount of remote employees and I wish we had more opportunities to get everyone together like our SKO events.

Collaborative environment, strong accountability to each other especially with the of size of the company. Really cool tech at the right time with strong customer demand and fits well into post pandemic world. Very inclusive culture, fits me well.

So many prospects, so little time; its very busy. Working in North American, you have get used to questions on Friday morning being answered after Sunday as HQ is in Isreal. However, its a very small price to pay to be able to work on such phenomenal tech.
