Pros
I worked there for about a year and I loved my time there, the people are great and willing to share their knowledge. Many of the engineers are very talented and are great resources. They trusted me to work on client projects and were consistently pushing me to improve and learn. Overall, my best working experience so far.
Cons
It is a small company, so its engineers must be dedicated to getting projects done and shipped, which is not bad. This meant I did not get as much feedback on the work I was producing as I would have liked. I learned and grew a lot and my coding style improved over the internship, but more feedback like code review would have made more of an impact.
